Check when engine start vnt rod goes from one side to other and stay there 1-2 minutes (max boost). Check when engine off vnt rod goes to other side again (no boost). a) If DPF is new it could be discarded, but check DPF pressure sensor and hoses.

I was buying it with a guy who knows about cars more than me and it was really smooth and trouble free a year ago. Now it's ongoing expensive repair.
1591.9 JTDm glow plug replacement. My 159 has always been a poor cold starter. I replaced the glow plug relay which held the plugs on longer but didn't really help the cold starting performance much.
